They say, “Start the way you mean to finish”. And since it’s the beginning of January and a new year, we all want to start it strong with our goals and intentions. Not surprisingly, reading more books is one of the most popular New Year’s resolutions. And if it so happens that it’s one of yours too, then let’s join forces and delve into a new year with more good recommendations and books to read. I started reading the book and can honestly say that these principles work. This motivational material will teach you to start your day with the ugliest task/flog. The uglier the sooner it has to be taken care of.
Next masterpiece of writing art on my list of the books to read is The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Over a decade, this international bestseller has been revealing source of self-limiting beliefs and offering powerful tools to turn one’s life around. The Four Agreements is a must-read book for everybody wishing to transform their lives and receive freedom, happiness, and love.
My passion for reading and habit of buying stack of books to read has lead to interest in writing. Something that in my school years looked very difficult and unpleasant. Luckily and thanks to Anne Lamott, those days are over. In her book Bird by Bird, Anne demystifies the art of writing. She makes the process of creating an assay, short story, or a whole book look easy, hilarious, and funny.
The last item on our reading list is Wheat Belly. Unlike other books to read in January, this national bestseller focuses on physical health. In his work, William Davis, MD shares his conclusion that modern wheat negatively effects people’s health and leads to obesity. As you read further, the author provides step-by-step plan to eliminate this ingredient and switch to a new wheat-free lifestyle.
